In order to use the app, user must to create an account, and log in.
User can:
* see on a map a lot of information and statuses of other users who are close to his location
* change the map radius
* set his status
* send short text messages to other members
* receive short text messages from other members
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
